PORT DICKSON: The festivity at a funfair at the usually packed PD Waterfront here has been brought to an abrupt halt after a carousel collapsed and injured three revellers.
Port Dickson Municipal Council president Datuk Ab Khalid Mat said the organisers had been slapped with a temporary closure order.
