GEORGE TOWN: The new three-storey library building named after Tan Sri Dr Sak Cheng Lum at the Tunku Abdul Rahman (TAR) University College Penang branch in Tanjung Bungah is expected to accommodate up to 600 students.
The library and two, four-storey faculty blocks, are the latest developments at the university college.
