Stuck students bracing for more torrential rain

PETALING JAYA: The group of Malaysian students stranded in Chennai are bracing for another bout of torrential rain although there was no fresh rain in the city yesterday.

Although many had since travelled to neighbouring states to board flights back to Malaysia, others sought refuge at the Malaysian Consulate office, the Consul-General’s residence and the homes of their local Indian friends.
