KUALA LUMPUR: Two good friends are now in need of medical treatment after they were splashed with acid by an unknown attacker.

Nurul Umira Azali and her good friend Nur Farziana Hussein Hasnor Harry, both 22, have been unable to work since they were attacked on Aug 24.
