KUALA LUMPUR: Issues pertaining to 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) have no impact on national fiscal policy because the Government guarantee of its loans only amount to RM5.8bil, according to the Finance Ministry.
In a written reply at the Dewan Rakyat Thursday, it said the Government would ensure that 1MDB focused on efforts to consolidate its financial position, including resolving issues related to cash flow.
