Brothers feud over who should claim Kevin’s body

KUALA LUMPUR: A brother of slain DPP Anthony Kevin Morais filed court papers seeking a second post-mortem to be conducted, just as another brother claimed the remains from a hospital mortuary.

Lawyer Americk Sidhu, acting for Charles Suresh Morais, filed the application on Monday but before a hearing date could be fixed, Datuk Richard Morais claimed the body from Hospital Kuala Lumpur on the same day.
