BUKIT MERTAJAM: A PKR assemblyman claims she abstained from voting on a motion on land reclamation tabled by an Umno representative at the state assembly on Friday on the advice of the party’s whip.
Penanti assemblyman Dr Norlela Ariffin said she had received written instructions from PKR whip Ong Chin Wen not to vote or take part in any debate on the motion.
