KUALA LUMPUR: China expects to see bilateral trade exceeding US$1 trillion (RM4.28 trillion) by year 2020 with the upgrading of a protocol to enhance Asean-China free trade agreement.
Chinese Vice-Foreign Minister Liu Zhenmin said the signing of the protocol to amend the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Co-Operation between the grouping and China yesterday was a move to upgrade the Asean-China Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA).
