Second plaintiff wins suit, one more to go

GEORGE TOWN: Penang Island City councillor Ong Ah Teong has won his defamation suit against former state MIC Youth chief J. Dhinagaran.

The High Court ordered Dhinagaran to pay RM80,000 in general damages and RM25,000 in costs with a 5% yearly interest to Ong from the date of judgment.
