KUALA LUMPUR: The South China Sea maritime and territorial dispute will be among the key issues to be discussed by Asean and its dialogue partners when they meet this weekend.

Asean – along with China, India, Russia, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and the United States – will also be exchanging views on radicalisation and terrorism during related summits which run at the same time as the Asean Summit.
