Court grants former Umno member stay over Najib's strike-out application

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has allowed former Umno member Anina Saadudin's application to stay Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's bid to strike out her suit over a RM2.6bil political donation.

Judicial Commissioner Mohd Zaki Abdul Wahab said the court agreed with Anina's lawyer that there were special circumstances to grant the stay.
