Human Resources Ministry to review insurance for taxi drivers

KUALA LUMPUR: The scope of protection and insurance for taxi drivers nationwide will be reviewed, says the Deputy Human Resources Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Abdul Muttalib.

In a written reply in Parliament on Tuesday, Ismail said the ministry understands the hazards of the job of taxi drivers nationwide, adding that the ministry will look into widening the protection for them.
