KUALA LUMPUR: A Sessions Court here has found that a taxi driver charged with attempting to murder a guard at the entrance of a hospital last month is fit to stand trial.
Judge Azman Mustapha ruled that T. Ganesan was able to stand trial after reading the report from Hospital Bahagia in Ulu Kinta, Perak, on his mental state.
