PETALING JAYA: Taxi drivers will protest in Kuala Lumpur tomorrow even without official approval, which has been denied as Asean leaders intend to meet at a summit here until Sunday.
KL mayor Datuk Mohd Amin Nordin Abd Aziz said City Hall (DBKL) did not give the drivers permission to group in three areas.
