Mum gets two years’ jail for burying son in kitchen


KUALA LUMPUR: A housewife was jailed two years by the court after she admitted to having buried her nine-year-old son’s body under the kitchen floor in March this year.

Tan Boa Jia, 33, told the Selayang magistrate’s court that she did it to protect her husband, Loo Chon Wen, who is now facing trial in the Shah Alam High Court for the murder of their child, Yong Shen Evan.
