KUALA LUMPUR: Three people, including the stepfather and mother of a two-year-old girl, have been detained following the death of the toddler, believed to be due to abuse.
City CID chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Zainuddin Ahmad said police were first alerted by the girl’s father who lodged a report on her death.
