BALIK PULAU: A security guard has been charged with the murder of 17-year-old Intan Suraya Mawardi at the magistrate's court here.
The accused, Tarmizi Yaakob, 20, who was clad in a grey short-sleeved T-shirt, arrived at the court building and was led straight to the lock-up at 8.15am before proceedings began at 10.05am.
