Maria Chin claims trial to Bersih 4 rally charge


KUALA LUMPUR: Bersih 4 chief Maria Chin Abdullah (pic) has pleaded not guilty to failing to notify authorities ahead of the rally in August.

Speaking to reporters after the hearing at a Sessions Court here yesterday, Maria claimed the charge against her was “defective and unconstitutional”.
