PASIR GUDANG: The Education Ministry will be investigating a viral video that depicts a male secondary school student 'proposing' to a girl at an unidentified school.
Deputy Education Minister P. Kamalanathan said on Tuesday that the Ministry was still in the midst of identifying the school where the incident took place.
