KUCHING: Sungai Asap residents have poured cold water over Sarawak Hidro’s claims that it has been spending RM1mil annually on local community programmes.
A number of indigenous rights association leaders and longhouse chiefs have issued statements questioning Sarawak Hidro’s claims, which were made last week following criticism of neglect from a Barisan Nasional elected representative.
