PETALING JAYA: With China’s Silk Road initiative spurring a myriad of inter-government activity, a fresh initiative has been set to connect cities and peoples across 65 countries.

In the driver’s seat for Malaysia is Datuk Liu Thim Soon, who said building a “golden bridge” to link South-East Asia, Europe and the Middle East was a top priority.
