KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has rejected an appeal by the prosecution against an acquittal of a woman who went amok outside the Prime Minister’s Office three years ago.
High Court judge Justice Kamardin Hashim made the order Thursday on the grounds that there was no merit in the prosecution's application against Muhdalena Ahmad (pic).
