PUTRAJAYA: A criminal investigative process carried out by a MACC officer cannot be challenged in a court by way of a judicial review, the Federal Court was told on Tuesday.
Senior Federal Counsel Suzana Atan argued on Tuesday that notices issued by a Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) officer to two lawyers to record their statements is not subject to a judicial review.
