PUTRAJAYA: The criminal investigative process carried out by a Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) officer cannot be challenged in court by way of judicial review, the Federal Court here heard.
Senior Federal Counsel Suzana Atan argued that notices issued by an MACC officer to two lawyers to record their statements - which were part of the criminal investigative process - were not subject to judicial review.
