THE Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation has lauded the allocation of RM13.1bil for enhancing security and public order.
Its chairman Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye said issues concerning security and public order must be placed high on the Government’s priority list and this was shown in Budget 2016.
