KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court will decide on Nov 13 whether Dong Zong’s former national chairman Dr Yap Sin Tian is allowed to maintain his contention that he is supported by the majority of the Chinese community.
This came about in a hearing yesterday after objections were raised by Lau Lee Ming, the new national chairman of the United Chinese School Committees’ Association of Malaysia (Dong Zong) and five state representatives.
