IPOH: A 53-year-old police corporal was smashed on the head with a beer bottle by a robbery suspect in Kampung Simee here.
While attempting to arrest the 28-year-old man who had entered a grocery shop at about 6pm on Thursday, the corporal was hit at the back of the head.
