PETALING JAYA: Multinational company Sime Darby Bhd has launched its Sime Darby Skim Latihan 1Malaysia (SL1M) programme to improve employability and reduce joblessness among Malaysian graduates.
About 450 trainees are in the programme, with 250 of them now on a four-week classroom training programme, while the rest are receiving on-the-job training at various departments in the company.
