Man who threw ‘fish bombs’ at cops shot dead


KOTA KINABALU: A 25-year-old fisherman was shot dead after he tried to flee from marine police by throwing two fish bombs in the waters off Semporna.

The man’s two brothers aged 10 and 13 who were in the boat with him were unhurt during the incident at about noon on Tuesday off Pulau Bum Bum.
