KUALA LUMPUR: Barisan Nasional must formulate a disciplinary mechanism to regulate the behaviour of members of its component parties, said Wanita MCA chief Datuk Heng Seai Kie.
Such a mechanism, she said, should have a set of guidelines to prevent members from uttering racist or extremist statements, which could hurt the country’s multi-ethnic governing system.
