Mock drill prepares residents in the event of floods

CAMERON HIGHLANDS: The blare from the emergency siren was unmistakable. Residents here were alerted about water rising in the surrounding areas.

An evacuation operation took place about 8pm on Monday, lasting some three hours and involving more than 300 residents.
