PETALING JAYA: Lawyers representing Matthias Chang are set to challenge his 28-day detention under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act (Sosma) 2012.
One of his lawyers, Haniff Khatri Abdulla, confirmed that Chang’s detention was extended for 28 days, expiring at 2.45pm on Nov 6.
