KUALA LUMPUR: An application by Umno secretary-general Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor and its executive secretary Datuk Ab Rauf Yusoh to strike out a suit by sacked party member Anina Saadudin will be heard on Nov 30.
The former Langkawi Wanita Umno member has brought legal proceedings against Tengku Adnan and Ab Rauf in relation to her expulsion from Umno following her statement on the 1MDB issue.
