City council officers abused over clamping


GEORGE TOWN: Two men who parked their car illegally along Campbell Street verbally abused two Penang Island City Council enforcement officers after their vehicle was clamped.

In the incident at around 11am on Wednesday, one of the men, believed to be the car owner, shouted at one of the officers, asking her to remove the clamp on his Perodua Myvi, which was parked on a double yellow line.
