KOTA KINABALU: A twelve-year-old boy was found electrocuted after touching an illegally connected electrical wire at a squatter settlement in the east coast Sandakan district early Friday.

The incident at the Kampung Mangkalinau settlement, some 6km from Sandakan town, came less than three months after a fireman was similarly electrocuted at another Sandakan squatter.
