KUALA LUMPUR: The striking out application by Umno secretary general Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor and its executive secretary Datuk Ab Rauf Yusoh against a suit by sacked party member Anina Saadudin (pic) will be heard next month.
Anina brought legal proceedings against Tengku Adnan and Ab Rauf in relation to her expulsion from Umno following her statement on the 1MDB issue.
