PETALING JAYA: The fiance of a businessman, who was killed in a hit and run incident in Subang Jaya on Sept 26, is appealing for eye-witnesses to assist in the case.

Chang Siew Wei, 32, said Tey Wee How, died one week after he was mowed down by a passing car near a popular rojak stall in SS15/3B.
