PETALING JAYA: Seri Setia Assemblyman Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad (pic) has been charged under the same act for the third time at the Sessions Court here on Tuesday.
He was charged under Section 9 (1) of the Peaceful Assembly Act for failing to notify police 10 days prior to the Blackout 505 rally at the Kelana Jaya Stadium held on May 8 two years ago.
