PETALING JAYA: Think fit, not thin. Despite being blessed with slim genes, singer-actress Chelsia Ng never lets inactivity get the better of her.
“Being fit only comes with regular physical exercise. For me, being fit means being able to climb up three flights of stairs without panting like I’ve just finished a marathon,” said the 33-year-old.
