JOHOR BARU: Over 20,000 unlicensed motorcyclists have signed up for the MyLesen programme which was launched in September to ensure all motorists possess valid licenses.
Malaysian Road Transport Department (JPJ) director-general Ismail Ahmad (pic) said that although response for the pilot programme did not meet expectations, the department was keen on rolling out the first batch.
