GEORGE TOWN: Isolated rain in several areas in the state Monday brought slight relief to Penangites with the Air Pollutant Index (API) readings showing a slight improvement.
The Department of Environment (DOE) online portal showed that the API reading at its monitoring station in Prai had improved from 152 at 6am to 147 at 8am.
