KUALA LUMPUR: The air quality in Shah Alam, which recorded an hazardous air pollutant index (API) reading of 308 this Sunday morning, has declined to 266 as of 1pm but remains at an unhealthy level.
The Department of Environment in its portal said another five places with unhealthy API readings also showed a drop in API, namely Batu Muda in the national capital (227); Petaling Jaya (218); Banting(217); Port Klang (227) and Putrajaya (217).
