ALTHOUGH Wahyu Eqwal Nazrey was born without arms, the Sandakan boy is eager to start kindergarten like any five-year-old, reported Sin Chew Daily.

It was reported that Wahyu’s application to enrol for classes was turned down by seven kindergartens before Sandakan MP Stephen Wong finally got him a place in a pre-school class at SK Sungai Anib 1.
