KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court dismissed the appeal by the taxi driver who allegedly ferried the suspected killer of Arab-Malaysian Development Bank Founder Hussain Ahmad Najad.
High Court judge Justice Kamardin Hashim on Thursday dismissed Chew Siang Chee’s (pic) appeal on grounds that there was no merit to his application.
