KUALA LUMPUR: PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang (pix) and four others have contended that the plaintiffs should have a filed a judicial review to stop them from tabling a Bill on hudud law at any Parliament sitting.
They argued that the mode of action taken by the four individuals against them - by way of an originating summons - was improper.
