PETALING JAYA: A landowner has failed to get leave from the Federal Court to challenge the rejection of a judicial review application against a landlord and the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) for allowing a house in Section 12 here to be used by the Bangsa Ria Day Care Centre for children with disabilities.
In its decision, the Federal Court held that as Bangsa Ria had moved out of the premises owned by Ramesh Chelliah, the application to quash the MBPJ decision was academic.
