KOTA KINABALU: A state cabinet panel is being set up to study areas under the Federal Government's administration that should be empowered to Sabah.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman (pic) said this was in addition to the state gaining greater control over rural development projects to expedite their planning and implementation.
