Mecca stampede: No reports of Malaysians killed so far, says Kuala Selangor MP


PETALING JAYA: In a stampede that left at least 310 pilgrims dead and hundreds injured during hajj in Mecca on Thursday, everyone is reported to be "calm".

Kuala Selangor MP Datuk Irmohizam Ibrahim (pic) who is in Mecca told The Star that as far as he is aware, no Malaysians were among those killed in the crush.
