GEORGE TOWN: More than 20,000 people woke up to clear blue skies as they hit the streets during the Penang Starwalk 2015.
The sea of people was flagged off by Star Media Group Bhd executive director Tan Sri Kamal Hashim at the Penang Times Square, which has been the venue sponsor for the annual event since 2011.
