Anina said Tengku Adnan, also known as Ku Nan, had on Sept 1 issued a letter that terminated her membership. She claimed that the letter was invalid in terms of its facts, party's Constitution, law and Federal Constitution.
She said Tengku Adnan had distributed the letter to the media and the public without handing it to her first.
